What are you going to do?

As a sales support representative, you'll work with your colleagues to ensure that quotes, invoices, and contracts are processed and processed correctly, that the administration is perfectly organized, and that every process runs smoothly. This is a high-impact role, making life much easier for our partner managers and consultants. You'll be part of the Sales & Marketing team, serving as the internal liaison between Sales, Consultancy, Finance, and our Partners.

As a Sales Support Representative you are responsible for:

  • The invoicing of delivered products and services;
  • Contract management;
  • Outstanding items management;
  • Support in lead management;
  • Communication with Partners regarding questions regarding contracts;
  • Support in commercial actions from our organization;
  • Keeping our sales team focused on outstanding issues. You identify, alert, and follow up.

Who are you?

You're an enterprising professional with a proactive attitude. You can efficiently tackle and complete tasks. You can effortlessly switch between tasks, prioritize, maintain an overview, and are customer-focused. You also bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written in Dutch, English and German;
  • Experience with CRM systems (knowledge of Afas is a plus);
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office
  • A natural tendency to seek solutions;
  • To be strong in numbers.
